1. Our commitment

Weluf attaches importance to providing an equal and accessible service to all users, including people with disabilities. We work to make the site accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Accessibility Adjustments to a Service), 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard 5568, which is based on WCAG 2.1 at level AA.

2. What has been made accessible

The site supports keyboard navigation, a visible focus indicator, a hierarchical heading structure, alternative text for meaningful images, reasonable color contrast, and Hebrew right-to-left direction (RTL). The site is adapted for viewing on a wide range of devices and screen sizes.

3. Known limitations

Some components or content (for example files originating from third parties, such as shipping carriers' documents) may not yet be fully accessible. We are working on ongoing remediation.
