Terms of Use

"The Service" / "Weluf" means the Weluf platform, comprising: (a) a search engine for cargo sailing schedules from Israeli ports; (b) a marketplace for requests for quote (RFQ) and chat with forwarding agencies; (c) a customers module, a communication environment between a forwarder (agent) and its end customers.

"The User" means anyone granted authorized access (a portal owner, a user on its behalf, an end customer, or a forwarding agency responding to a request). "The Service Operator" means the owner of the system. "Portal" means an organizational account in the system. "Forwarding agency" means an independent third party responding to requests for quote. "End customer" means a customer of a forwarder managed in the customers module. "User content" means messages, files, requests and quotes that users upload or send.

Weluf provides: (a) the display of information on sailing, closing, documentation and arrival dates collected from shipping carrier sources; (b) the sending of requests for quote to forwarding agencies and the handling of chat, quotes, execution confirmations and files; (c) a module in which a forwarder manages communication, quotes and documents with its end customers. The service is an auxiliary tool and a communication and technology intermediary only.

Weluf is a communication and technology platform. Weluf is not a party to any transaction, and is not a carrier, agent, customs broker, intermediary or guarantor between users, and is not responsible for the performance, price, availability or quality of any forwarding service. Every engagement, booking, quote or payment is made directly between the users themselves and at their full responsibility.

Information (including sailing schedules, closing times and quotes) is displayed as received from the source, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Errors, delays or gaps versus the official source may occur. Every critical figure must be verified directly with the shipping carrier, the port or the agency before acting.

The user is solely responsible for the content they send or upload (messages, files, requests and quotes) and for their conduct toward other users. Weluf does not review, verify or approve user content, and is not responsible for it. Content that is unlawful, misleading, offensive or infringing, or that is intended for harassment or spam, must not be sent. Weluf may remove content or suspend access for a breach.

The forwarding agencies and the end customers are independent third parties. The quotes, terms and documents are their responsibility. Weluf gives no undertaking as to their availability, their reliability or their fulfillment of their obligations, and bears no liability for any dispute between them and the user.

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". The service operator's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. The operator is not responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by reliance on the information, by communication between users, by missed closing deadlines or by loss of data. In any event, the operator's liability shall not exceed the amounts paid to it by the user in the three months preceding the event.

Access is personal and intended for the purposes of the user or the organization only, subject to the quotas set for the account (terminals, users, usage/token quota).

Scraping, automated data mining, reverse engineering, duplication or commercial distribution of the system's content is prohibited; access credentials must not be shared; spam, unlawful or harmful content must not be sent; impersonation is prohibited; the system must not be loaded beyond reasonable use; security measures must not be circumvented.

The system, its design, structure and code are the property of the service operator and are protected. They may not be copied, duplicated or used without written permission. The underlying data belongs to the shipping carriers. Content uploaded by the user remains the user's property, and the user grants Weluf a limited license to display and transmit it for the purpose of operating the service.

Access is subject to registration and approval. A portal is managed by an owner who may add or remove members subject to quota. One active terminal/session per user is allowed; a new sign-in disconnects the previous connection. The user is responsible for keeping their sign-in credentials confidential.

A forwarder using the customers module is solely responsible for the customers it invites, for the content it shares with them, and for obtaining their consent to the processing of their details. The customer signs in after an invitation by code or link and accepts the Terms of Use. Weluf provides the infrastructure only and is not a party to the relationship between the forwarder and its customers.

Billing is based on a monthly subscription, the number of terminals and a usage quota. The "usage report" shown in the system is a usage summary only and is not a tax invoice; a tax invoice is issued separately. Prices do not include VAT unless stated. Failure to keep the payment method current may result in suspension.

The subscription is monthly and renews. A customer may cancel the subscription at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the month already paid for, and full access to the service is retained until then.

No refund is given for an unused period or for non-use of the service. Payment made for an active month is not refunded, in whole or in part.

If a customer does not pay, or their payment method fails, their account and portal will be closed and access will be blocked, including access for the users and customers associated with it. Data may be retained for a reasonable period in accordance with law and the Privacy Policy, and will then be deleted.

Nothing in the above derogates from consumer rights under mandatory law, to the extent applicable.

The source transparency page shows each carrier's status and update date. A source that is unavailable or delayed is marked as such. There is no guarantee of continuous availability of an external source.

The service is provided without an SLA commitment. There may be maintenance downtime, infrastructure failures or source disconnection. The operator will strive to restore service within a reasonable time.

The operator may update these terms. A material change will require renewed consent at sign-in. Continued use after an update constitutes consent.

The operator may suspend or terminate access for breach of terms, non-payment or misuse. The user may stop using the service at any time, subject to the cancellation policy (section 14).

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts in the appropriate district in Israel.
